Inspection Scheduling

Inspection times are 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with early inspections from 7:00 a.m. by special arrangement. To get an approximate inspection time, contact your assigned inspector after 7:30 a.m. on the inspection day.

Fire inspection requests made by 11:30 p.m. are reviewed by 9:00 a.m. next business day, with scheduling updates via email confirming the scheduled time and day. Scheduled inspections will be conducted within 2 business days of request.

Our Permit Center is undergoing a remodel as of March 3, 2025. As a result, a Temporary Permit Center has been established within the building and will be appointment only.

NOTICE! As required by City Ordinance, development impact fees are adjusted on July 1st of each year for inflation. The annual inflationary adjustment is based on the costs of materials and construction during the past year (May - May) as tracked by the Construction Cost Index (CCI). This year’s inflationary adjustment is 0.57%. Building permits for new construction issued on or after July 1, 2025 will be subject to the adjustment
