NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the City is preparing its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and an update to the Analysis of Fair Housing (AI).
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Roseville Housing Division will hold two Community Needs Workshop and Discussions on:
Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at 3:00pm and 6:00pm respectively, in Civic Center Meeting Rooms 1 & 2, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA. The meetings will also be available for virtual attendance (see below for links). These community discussions will solicit public comments on local priority needs that will guide the preparation of the City of Roseville’s 2025 Annual Action Plan and 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The City anticipates receiving approximately $700,000 in CDBG funding and an additional $30,000 in CDBG program income that will be available in 2025-2026, with an estimated amount of $560,000 available for program and project awards. Approximately $15,000 in CDBG-CV funds to be used for preventing, preparing for and responding to COVID-19 will also be available to award. A minimum of $620,000 will be available in HPRR funding.

Additional information regarding the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program & Homeless Prevention and Rapid Rehousing (HPRR) Funding Applications
PLEASE NOTE, NEW THIS YEAR: Pre-Applications for CDBG and HPRR funding will be required and must be submitted by December 20, 2024. Applicants must complete a Pre-Application Questionnaire which must be approved by staff before continuing with their full application.
Applications for 2025-26 CDBG and HPRR funding will be accepted through ZoomGrants beginning December 2, 2024. Applicants must complete a Pre-Application and submit it no later than December 20, 2024 at 11:59pm. Applicants must submit the Pre-Application that must be approved by staff in order to be eligible to proceed with full application. Pre-Applications will be reviewed and will be approved or declined no later than January 6, 2025. The full application will be due in ZoomGrants by January 31, 2025 at 11:59pm.

Housing and community needs survey
The City of Roseville is conducting a survey to better understand the housing and service needs of the community to inform the five-year plan for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The results of this survey will help guide future use of these federal grant funds for services, housing, and community programs and improvements.
