Travel around west Roseville will be easier with the completion of road construction connecting Blue Oaks Boulevard, Westpark Drive and Westbrook Boulevard.
Roads under construction include:
- Blue Oaks Boulevard between Hayden Parkway and Westbrook Boulevard,
- Westpark Drive north to Blue Oaks Boulevard, and
- Westbrook Boulevard north and south of Blue Oaks Boulevard.
The new connections are scheduled to be open in 2020.
The developer of the new Creekview neighborhood, Anthem United Creekview Developments, is building and paying for these roads as part of their agreement with the City. Ongoing maintenance will be paid for and completed by the City.
