Is the graffiti on public property or someone else's property?

Please use the "Online Reporting" link to submit a report online. Citizens will document and photograph the graffiti using the online report. If it is on public property, city crews will remove it promptly. If it is on private property, city staff will notify the property owner to remove it.

Is the graffiti on your property?
If you're a victim of graffiti, please call our non-emergency line at (916) 774-5000 option 1 to file a police report.

A police employee will issue a case number and photograph your graffiti, in order to investigate and eventually prosecute the graffiti vandal. After your graffiti has been documented, the City of Roseville requires that you clean it up within ten days if it is visible from the public right-of-way. If the graffiti vandal is arrested and convicted, the judge will order him or her to pay restitution to property owners for the damage caused.
