Michelle Bertolino, director at Roseville Electric Utility, received the James D. Donovan Individual Achievement Award during the American Public Power Association’s National Conference in Orlando, Florida. The award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to the electric utility industry and to public power.

As the first woman to be named director since the utility's founding over 100 years ago, Michelle has been instrumental in helping drive the policies behind REU's consistent recognition for its highly reliable system, low rates, and innovative programs.
