Amy's Drive Thru recently opened at 1119 Galleria Blvd., adjacent to the Galleria Mall
The restaurant is the fourth site for
Amy's Kitchen Inc. and is anticipating to employ approximately 120 people.
The vegetarian menu includes vegan and gluten-free selections. All food is organic and uses non-genetically modified ingredients.
In addition to the drive-thru area, there are indoor and outdoor dining spaces that can seat 148 people.
