Newspaper bins are no longer available at drop-off recycling locations in Roseville. Bins to recycle cardboard will still be offered for pieces that don't fit into your trash and recycling bin at home.
We've removed these bins because:
- Lack of participation because of changes in how people receive news.
- These bins are often contaminated with illegal dumping, so we must process each bin as trash (versus recyclable material) at a higher cost.
Newspaper placed in your regular trash bin will still be sorted and recycled at the landfill.
CRV collection bins for plastic, glass and aluminum are no longer available at drop-off locations in Roseville. You can place your CRV items in your trash/recycling can, and will be removed and recycled at the Material Recovery Facility.
