On Nov. 22, we kicked off our first ever Mini Art Contest with a paint day at all three of our Roseville Public Library branches. We had 96 participants join in the contest, ranging in age from 3 to 77. Our Programming committee selected our favorite entries, then we asked our community to vote for their favorites in a Facebook survey on Dec. 6 – 7.
We are excited to announce that the winner of the 12 and under age category is Caroline R. (age 8). Her entry is titled, “Magical Flower Pot”.
The winner of the 13 and up category is Matthew V. (Adult). His entry is titled, “Read”.
Both winners will receive $50 gift cards to the Fountains.
Thank you to everyone who shared their creativity and participated in our Mini Art Contest. Artwork is on display at each of our three locations through the end of December. Be sure to stop in and check out all the beautiful mini masterpieces!
