Kaiser Permanente is planning to add approximately 278,000 square feet, six-story tower, 138 in-patient beds, 20 intensive care unit beds, and an emergency department expansion tower plus an 803-space parking garage to their existing medical campus at 1600 Eureka Road.
The $298.6 million expansion will give the hospital a total of 490 licensed beds, making it the largest hospital in Placer County. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
