Recreation Program Leader

Work as a Recreation Program Leader in one of our many camps this summer!

You will assist with the day to day planning and coordination of program activities including sports, games, arts and crafts, as well as taking campers on weekly field trips and weekly trips to the pool. You will assist with scheduling, overseeing 10+ staff members, overseeing the children and all of our supplies, as well as enforcing safety procedures and being the main contact for parents and guardians of campers. Alongside camp, you will have the opportunity to lead trainings and other leadership opportunities for staff.

Youth Flag Football

COMING SOON!

The Youth Flag Football program is offered in the spring and fall. Players in the league range in age from 5-12 years of age. This recreational league does not track stats or scores and focuses on teaching the fundamentals of flag football.

Have a background in football? Join our team and learn the basics of officiating in Youth Flag Football. Games are played Saturdays, 12:00-8:00pm.

Recreation Specialist I/II/III

Work as a Recreation Specialist in one of our many Camps this summer!

- Camp Roseville Mahany (ages 6-12)
- CamP Roseville Far West (ages 6-12)
- Camp Play (ages 4-6)
- SPARKS (ages 6-12)
- Teen Scene (ages 11-14)
- Specialty Camps (ages 3-14)

You will lead games and activities including sports, games, arts and crafts, as well as taking campers on weekly field trips and weekly trips to the pool. You will assist in planning the programs, oversee the children and all of our supplies, enforce safety procedures, and provide a safe and fun environment for campers. Along side working in Day Camps, you will have the opportunity to assist with leading Special Events and Specialty Camps. You will also receive many leadership opportunities, including 30 hours of paid training going into summer.

Seasonal and year-round positions available. This will be discussed in interviews. 

You must have completed the 10th grade AND be at least 15 years old to apply.

This is a great position to learn the roles at camp and to prepare to be come a Recreation Specialist yourself.

- Specialty Camps (ages 3-12)

You will assist the Recreation Specialists' in leading games and activities including sports, games, arts and crafts, as well as taking campers on weekly field trips and weekly trips to the pool. You may also have the opportunity to assist at a Specialty Camp or Special Event. You will receive many leadership opportunities, including 30 hours of paid training going into summer.

You must be at least 14 years old AND have completed 9th grade to apply.
