Monday, April 8
Post-It Wall

All locations

Write down your favorite line from a book and add to our wall Post-It wall.

Tuesday, April 9
Adopt-A-Dino

Downtown Library

Join us in the Children’s Pod! There will be a cozy area with a blanket, pillows, stuffies and a basket of books. Once you’re done, head to the front desk to adopt your “dino-baby” dinosaur toy and receive a certificate of adoption.

Wednesday, April 10
Magnetic Poetry Board

All locations

Arrange magnetic word tiles on board to form poems.

Thursday, April 11
Al Striplen

4:00pm at Maidu Library

Indigenous storyteller, musician and author Al Striplen will be performing and storytelling with his own hand-made Native flutes.

Friday, April 12
Read with An Officer

4:00pm at Riley Library

A Roseville PD Officer will read a book with kids, answer questions and provide a tour of his PD squad car! A related craft will also be included.

Saturday April 13
Hawks, Honkers & Hoots

10:00-11:00am at Riley Library Meeting Rooms

Experience a presentation from a local volunteer wildlife education organization! Learn about our local birds and current conservation efforts. The presentation will include live raptors and water birds.
