The Roseville Public Library Summer Reading Challenge begins June 1

Updated May 15, 2024
READ. IMAGINE. EXPLORE.

Roseville Public Library's Summer Reading Challenge for all ages takes place June 1 - August 3!

The program aims to promote the love of reading, provide high-quality summer programs and encourage lifelong learners and library users. We also aim to increase the engagement and participation of children, teens and adults in the public library's summer reading programs.

Programs will be offered for youth from birth to age 17 that support early literacy development and independent reading skills while celebrating the joy of reading for pleasure. Adults can mentor the love of reading and we encourage them to set an example by participating in the reading challenge.

Join us for our Summer Reading Kickoff Party featuring a Trackless Train Ride, ReCreate GeniusMobile and Lizard Lady from 10:00am-12:00pm Saturday, June 1 at Riley Library. We'll have STEAM activities, games, crafts, popcorn and a fabulous outdoor Storytime for all! This event is free, no registration required.

Summer Reading Program is sponsored by Friends of the Roseville Public Library. Click here to learn more about the challenge.
