Roseville Parks, Recreation & Libraries is a finalist for the prestigious National Gold Medal Award for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management!

Competing against agencies across the nation, Roseville is one of four finalists in the population class of 150,001-400,000. The Gold Medal Awards program honors communities in the U.S. that demonstrate excellence in parks and recreation through long-range planning, resource management, volunteerism, environmental stewardship, program development, professional development and agency recognition.

Our thanks to The American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration (AAPRA) in partnership with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), and the programs sponsor Musco Lighting, for recognizing PRL as a finalist.

While we will not be bringing home the Grand Plaque this year, we do honestly feel honored to by one of four finalists. We will not stop working to bring the grand prize home to Roseville in the near future.

Thank you to the American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration for the finalist recognition and to this community for your support!

Also, big congratulations to Plano Parks & Recreation on your win.
