The Utility Exploration Center is temporarily closed.

The Center will reopen on Wednesday, November 4. We will be operating at limited capacity and implementing a variety of safety measures. All interactive and high touch activities have been removed from the Center. Our trash pile and sewer tunnel will not be accessible at this time. Thank you for wearing a mask and practicing social distancing during your visit.

The Utility Exploration Center is a one-of-a-kind learning center focused on inspiring stewardship of resources in everyday life. The Center offers an inside look at the utility systems that keep our community safe, healthy and strong. Through exhibits, special events, school programs and workshops, visitors can learn how to save energy and water, reduce waste, protect the watershed and live sewer smart. Come explore with us.
