The life jacket loaner program provides the public with free use of life jackets on a first-come, first served basis. Research shows that most drowning could have been prevented if a life jacket had been
worn by the victim. The goals for this program are to increase life jacket wear during water-based
activities as well as to educate the visiting public on the importance of proper use and fit.
Life jackets are available from the Roseville Fire Department at 316 Vernon Street, Suite 480. The public is welcome to stop by Monday-Friday from 8-4:30 and pick up a life jacket. Please call before coming to ensure we have the life jacket you are looking for in your size available 916-774-5800. There is no charge for the use of the life jackets.
