Disney Musical Theatre Dance • Friday, January 31 & February 7 at 6:30pm

Join professional dancer, Anna Scott, for a 2-day beginner theatre dance series. Focus on basic theatre dance technique and choreography, all done to classic Disney songs you know and love. Learn the fundamentals for theatre dance, as well as a whole piece of choreography. Every step is sprinkled with Disney magic. All participants will earn the pink BeActive wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a BeWell t-shirt! Ages 14 + 

BeWell Blast Field Workout • Friday, February 21 at 9:00am

This will be an athletic outdoor circuit style workout on the all weather field at Mahany Park.  All participants will earn the pink BeActive wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a BeWell t-shirt! Ages 14 + 

Mardi Gras Zumba Dance Party • Friday, February 28 at 6:30pm

Come dressed in your favorite Mardi Gras inspired outfit and dance your way through this Zumba party. All levels are welcome. Class takes place in the Mahany Fitness Center group exercise studio. All participants will earn the pink BeActive wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a BeWell t-shirt! Ages 14 +

Eat Healthy at Costco • Tuesday, March 11 at 7:00pm

A certified nutrition coach for a tour of the Costco in Roseville. Learn pro tips and tricks for healthy shopping and meal planning. Bulk shopping can reduce your waistline and your expenses. 
All participants will earn the green Eat Healthy wristband! Earn all three colored wristbands to redeem a BeWell t-shirt! Ages 14 +

Yoga in the Park • Saturday, April 12 at 9:00am

Get your Vitamin D and earn the blue Feel Renewed wristband while enjoying a relaxing yoga practice in the park. Bring a yoga mat and water. Location: Diamond Oaks Park.  Ages 14 + 

Stress ReDUCKtion • Saturday, May 17 at 10:30am- 12:30pm

Discover mental health resources, stress tool kits and community while visiting interactive stations at Saugstad Park. Bring a blanket and enjoy calming music and the company of friends. Pick up your blue Feel Renewed wristband while enjoying a day at the park. No registration required.
