Step into the New Year • Saturday, Jan 13 at 9:00am

Meet for a brisk walk on the nature trails at Mahany Park. We will be walking and sharing or setting our 2024 health goals. Wear comfortable layers and athletic shoes. Meet in front of Mahany Fitness Center. Walk is led by Jenel Shepherd. 

Yin Yoga Meditation • Saturday, January 27 at 12:00pm

Relax and unwind with this Yin Yoga Meditation class at Mahany Fitness Center. Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own bolsters or blanket.  Class is led by Kate Kobrow. 

Heart Health Clinic • Saturday, Feb 10 at 11:00am

Learn how to optimize your efforts to keep your heart healthy and strong. We will meet in the activity room at the Mahany Fitness Center. Bring notebook and pen or pencil. 

Leap into Fitness Circuit Workout • Thursday, Feb 29 at 4:15pm

Join us for a 45 minute workout class focused on full body strength. Use your extra day this year to get stronger! Class is located at Mahany Fitness Center and taught by Maggie Fray.

Mocha's and PiLattes• Saturday, Mar 9 at 10:00am

Grab your mat and meet us at Luken Park for a pilates workout followed by a mocha making lesson at MoJo's coffee! Workout is from 10am to 10:45am and mocha making lesson and optional coffee time is from 10am-11:30am. 

Boost Your Nutrition Workshop • Thursday, Mar 28 at 5:00pm

Hack your nutrition by learning how to add more nutrients to your everyday meals. We will also discuss nutrient dense snacks and how to plan out your day of eating. Meet in the activity room at Mahany Fitness Center. 

Tax your Muscles• Monday, April 15 at 5:00pm

What better way to relieve the stress of the tax season?! Meet at the Maidu Park Outdoor Fitness Court for a full body workout. Ages 14+. Please bring water and towel. 

May the 4th Be With You • Saturday, May 4 at 9:00am

Dress in your star wars attire for an out of this world Tai Chi session. Meet at Diamond Oaks park near the basketball court. Class is led by Jody Martin.
