Project rendering
Work on the long-planned Pleasant Grove Boulevard Widening Project is anticipated to begin early March. The project is expected to last through summer 2025 to widen roughly 1.45 miles of Pleasant Grove Boulevard, from Woodcreek Oaks to Foothills Boulevard. Once constructed, there will be three lanes in each direction, helping improve traffic flow in the area. Decades ago, the road was built with extra space in the median to accommodate eventual widening.
