The City is introducing a new "General Inquiries" request on its myRSVL app to provide residents a way to submit concerns that are not on the predefined request list.
To submit a General Inquiries request, search for it under the
Other City Services or by typing General Inquiries in the search bar. Under the
More Details section of the request, you can choose if you would like to receive follow up from City staff. If
Yes is selected, then a
contact name and
contact email will be required to complete the request.
Please note: By selecting General Inquiries over a more specific request type that exists for your concern could cause a delay in routing to the appropriate department and may require follow up for additional information. For fastest response, please review the list of report types to ensure a specific category doesn't already exist for your request or concern prior to choosing General Inquiries.
