On April 7th, the Teen Mural Camp from Blue Line Arts completed a new mural in the Downtown Library children’s room. The colorful owl, with outspread wings turning into books, reflects the power of knowledge and education.

The five-day mural camp was led by a professional mural artist, and the teens learned about the various techniques and materials used to create a successful mural. A reception was hosted for the teens and their parents at the completion of the project.
