Pick up your plain wreath and drop off your completed wreath anytime between November 4 - November 25.
Judging takes place Monday, December 2. Wreaths will be on display at all three library locations from Monday, December 2 - Saturday, January 4. Participants may collect their wreath submissions beginning Monday, January 6. All submissions not collected by January 18 become property of the City of Roseville.
