The project will repair, treat, and seal more than eight miles of bridge surfacing throughout the City. The program is a preventative measure to address normal wear and tear over a 10-15 year period to bridges in the City. The improvements will protect against the elements and repair the driving surface for each of the 16 bridges identified.
This work is scheduled to minimize traffic backups to the extent possible. There may be digital message boards that will convey updated schedule information.
An odor may be present for a short period of time during the resurfacing process.
The project is anticipated to begin in mid-October 2022 and run through early 2023.
Check digital message signs for any schedule updates in each location.
