Formal plans have been filed by Tower Investments, LLC to redevelop a two-story office building in downtown Roseville located at 200 Vernon Street, formally Consolidate Communications.
The 40,000 square foot building will be redeveloped into office and retail/restaurant spaces, as well as second-floor residential units.
According to the plans, the ground floor will feature both restaurant and retail space. The second floor will feature a mezzanine level for the restaurant, in addition to residential units and fitness center.
