  • Residential HVAC replacement

  • Residential water/sewer line replacement
  • Residential electrical panel upgrade replacement


Schedule an Appointment with Building Plan Check Services for assistance with:

All other Building applications, including but not limited to, the following permit types:

  • Residential patio covers
  • Residential pools
  • Residential remodels and ADUs
  • Commercial tenant improvements or certificates of occupancy
  • Commercial new construction

General Engineering or Encroachment Questions

  • Improvement Plan, or Final/Parcel Map Permits
