Did you know the Roseville Public Library offers a free online coding app? Fiero Code teaches kids to code at their own pace, on their own time. Whether you want to create your own online games or build a robot, Fiero teaches the fundamentals you need to move forward, including HTML, CSS, SCRATCH, Python, Javascript, and Raspberry Pi.
Having trouble getting started? Join us for this workshop at the Riley Library and we'll introduce you! Get set up on the app and keep coding for a chance to win this season's grand prize.
3:30-5:30pm Friday, February 7 at Riley Library Meeting Rooms
Free, must have a Roseville Public Library Card. Parent participation required for app login. Refreshments provided.
Code at home for a chance to win prizes in our
Fiero Code Club!
To participate, pick up a Fiero Code Club Log
at any Roseville Public Library location. Use your log to track your minutes spent coding online. Once your log is complete, bring it to the front desk to be entered into our seasonal prize drawing!
The next deadline to submit logs is Saturday, May 31.
This is an ongoing program. Winners will be randomly selected from all entries each season (Fall, Winter/Spring, Summer). Free, no registration required.
Can't get to the library? Click here to download and print the coding log and click here to access Fiero Code.
