Services
All permitting and plan review services will be provided via phone, email, videoconference, and the
OPS Portal.
Building, Engineering, and Code Enforcement inspection services will continue as normal.
You are encouraged to schedule inspections online to minimize potential delays. To schedule an inspection, or if you have a building inspection scheduled for today and would like to look up your inspector, please visit

Appointment hours have expanded to Tuesday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - noon and 1 - 4 p.m. to ensure dedicated time with a permit technician via phone or videoconference.

Payments
Payments can be made online through the
OPS Portal.
Customers who typically pay by check can either mail it or use the secure utility payment drop box in front of the Civic Center main entrance. Please be sure to note the applicable permit number(s) on the check.
