The Placer County Healthy Brain Initiative (PCHBI) is a grant-funded program through the Placer County Public Health Division that aims to support the older adult population by creating dementia-friendly communities within Placer County. A dementia-friendly community is one where residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias are respected, valued, and understood. Dementia-friendly communities offer a variety of services and programs that are designed to support the individual living with the disease and their care partner.
The PCHBI Advisory Committee has created a survey to help better understand the media-use habits of residents in Placer County. The information that is provided in the questionnaire will be used for research purposes to help better support residents and care partners in our community. The survey should take no longer than 5 minutes to complete.
