Roseville Environmental Utilities is holding two listening sessions in April to update customers about proposed water and wastewater utility rate adjustments. These adjustments will help keep pace with increasing service costs and position each utility to continue providing high-quality and reliable services.
Roseville is proposing the following adjustments:
Environmental Utilities also provides trash and recycling services, but no proposed increase for residential services exists. However, there is a proposed commercial organics rates restructuring that reduces customer costs for those who use organic waste recycling services.
If City Council approves the proposal in May, a typical residential water, wastewater, and waste services utility bill will increase by approximately $4.96 as of July 1, 2023, and $5.20 as of July 1, 2024.
