Get ready for Roseville Utilities' youth art contest! This year, until September 15, we're asking you to bring our utility superheroes - from garbage, water, wastewater, and electric - to life.
Explore themes such as clean water delivery, sewer pipe management, energy-saving, and waste collection. You can even feature our service trucks. But remember, the star of your artwork should be the utility superhero!
We will judge entries based on message, creativity, and originality. The three best from each age group (4 and under, 5-8, 9-12, and 13-17 years old) will be up for a public vote on social media.
Finalists get a $50 art supply store gift card and their artwork in our 12-month calendar. Community Choice winners will receive a $100 gift card.
