2024-00001444 1/9/24 8:25 AM FRAUD ROBIN BROOK WAY Victim attempted to purchase a kitten from an online source and was sent an email containing images of the kitten and the contract to complete the purchase. After filling out the contract, the Victim completed an $850 Venmo payment and was informed that the kitten would be delivered. The victim never received the kitten and believed it was a scam after seeing some online reviews reporting the website as a scam.

2024-00003149 1/19/24 5:28 AM BURGLARY AUTO N SUNRISE AVE An unknown suspect smashed a vehicle window and stole items from the vehicle. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at more than $400. The victim's debit card/identifying information was used to make a fraudulent charge locally.

2024-00002455 1/15/24 2:30 AM GRAND THEFT IVAN CT Victim got to the residence on Ivan Court late at night after returning from a funeral. The victim forgot to lock his vehicle and left a duffel bag in the vehicle which was stolen during the night. The estimated value of lost items is $3050.
2024-00002031 1/11/24 8:30 PM BURGLARY OAK ST Victim parked in the Oak St. parking garage, locked her vehicle and rolled up all the windows. At approximately 2400 hours, the Victim returned to the vehicle and noticed that the vehicle appeared to have been rummaged through and noticed an iPad was no longer inside the vehicle but nothing else appeared to have been stolen. The iPad value is approximately $1,200.00.

2024-00800025 1/10/24 7:37 PM Identity Theft Brennen Circle Victim received a call from a number recognized by cell phone as belonging to USAA, informing that the online account had been compromised. The suspect sounded legitimate enough to convince the Victim to change the PIN number for the account. As soon as the call ended Victim suspected a scam so called USAA and blocked active cards associated with the account. Unfortunately, the Suspects were able to transfer funds from both checking and savings and proceeded to drain both checking and savings accounts.

2024-00800032 1/18/24 9:15 AM PETTY THEFT WOODCREEK OAKS Boulevard Electric bike was stolen from in front of the gym where it was leaned against the wall under the overhang while the Victim was working out. The Witness reported that a man left with the bike at about 20 minutes before the Victim noticed it missing. Unfortunately, the bike was unlocked and not secured by the owner.
2024-00002829 1/11/24 12:00 PM BURGLARY SUNNINGDALE DR An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the victim's residence while on vacation for three months and stole jewelry from inside. The rear sliding glass door was broken and likely the point of entry. The total loss was approximately $31,200.00.

2024-00001858 1/7/24 5:09 AM PETTY THEFT CHELSEA CREEK RD Victim had ordered items to be delivered to the residence but packages were delivered a day early while the Victim was out of town. The victim reviewed security camera footage after delivery and saw a male suspect approach his residence, steal both packages and leave. The value of the loss is approximately $110.
