Galpão Gaucho, a Brazilian steakhouse is planning to open an 8,126 square foot restaurant location at 1400 Eureka Rd. in Roseville.
The restaurant offers 17 different cuts of meat with a menu inspired by grilling meats and serving tableside, along with sides of traditional rice and black beans, garlic mashed potatoes, and caramelized bananas.
Galpão Gaucho currently has nearby locations in Cupertino, Napa and Walnut Creek. The restaurant also operates restaurants in Las Vegas and Charleston, South Carolina.
The restaurant is planning to open its doors in early 2023.
