Summer Reading Challenge 2023 begins June 1

Updated May 15, 2023
READ. IMAGINE. EXPLORE.

Roseville Public Library's annual Summer Reading Challenge for all ages begins June 1!

The program aims to promote the love of reading, provide high-quality summer programs and encourage lifelong learners and library users. We also aim to increase the engagement and participation of children, teens and adults in the public library's summer reading programs.

Programs will be offered for youth from birth to age 17 that support early literacy development and independent reading skills while celebrating the joy of reading for pleasure. Adults can mentor the love of reading and we encourage them to set an example by participating in the reading challenge.

For 2023, our goal is to double our SRC signups and finishers from last year!

Join us for our Summer Reading Kickoff Party featuring Farm2You Petting Zoo
10:00am-12:00pm Saturday, June 10
at the Mahany Fitness Center patio.

Summer Reading Program is sponsored by Friends of the Roseville Public Library. Click here to learn more about the challenge.
